Description Tori no machi (とりの街) - City bird Paper size: 45.5 x 60.5 cm. Number 9 from an edition of 10, self-printed in 1959. Print details on the usual piece of washi. On the left two lines: 東京近代美術館蔵 - "a copy in the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo", and: 国際版画ビエンナーレ出品 - "exhibited at the Second International Biennale Exhibition of Prints in Tokyo (1960)". Very rare, as are all large-sized prints by Ono Tadashige.
