Description Mizube (水辺) - Water front Paper size: 12.2 x 20.5 cm. Number 3 from an edition of 3, self-printed in 1954. Print details on a separate piece of ordinary paper (see detail 2). A highly interesting piece of work: Ono has added "shosaku tameshi zuri" (first edition of trial print), plus ビニル引, which means something like "varnish applied". Moreover, the bird on top of the stake is yet uncarved. The only time I have ever seen a varnished print by Ono!
