Description Portrait of Hagiwara Sakutarô Paper size: 44.2 x 55.7 cm. Three stamps top left: "K". "1943" and "onzi". One impressed seal bottom right: "Printed by Kunio Onchi". On verso sticker (see detail) indicating that this is 6/10 of a "Recreated Original", printed on October 24 1987. Kunio Onchi (1920-2001) made reprints of many of his father's works, using the original blocks. Of these ten impressions, six were sold to Japanese Museums, one is in a private collection, so only three (at most) are still in the market.

Condition Fine impression and colours, very good condition: because of the stiffness of the paper there are quite few (shallow) printing creases
