Description Nijubashi, from the series Shin Tokyo hyakkei - 100 Views of new Tokyo, published by 8 members of the Nihon Sôsaku Hanga Kyôkai, and founding members of the Nihon Hanga Kyokai in 1931. This series was published between 1929-1932. Print size: 26.5 x 20.3 cm. On the left Kôshirô jizuri (Kôshirô self-printed).. Condition Fine impression and colours, good condition: though smudged at the two right corners, the print is very convincing in real life: many different shades of colour. This print is part of what is generally considered the most ground-breaking pre-WWII landscape series.
