Description Kyokuba Shaseicho Book size: 22.3 x 29.6 cm. Shown are the 8 double pages that constitute this album. At the top the cover (front and back) and the colophon and page 1. Below 6 double-paged images. Published by Hirai Sō in 1934, but printed by Kawanishi Hide himself on the publisher's printing press, using self-carved woodblocks.

Condition Fine impression and colours, good/very good condition: some offsetting, but overall a very clean copy. The front page with gold pigment.Kawanishi Hide printed this album on very thick western-style paper, and persuaded the publisher to keep the price as low as possible this album sold out very quickly
