Description
Fuyu no Kosei 2 - Winter composition 2 Paper size: 30.5 x 44.8 cm. Number 324/510. Print details in pencil in the bottom margin. Originally this print was part of The Modern Japanese Print - An Appreciation, produced in 1962 in a limited edition of 475 copies. It is still the most important Sôsaku Hanga collection compiled after WWII. Quite a few of these volumes were dismantled and the prints sold separately (as is this one - though it wasn't me who broke up the book!).
Condition
Fine impression and colours, very good condition: a few traces verso top right corner where the print was removed from the book.
