Azechi in pencil (edition number and date also in pencil). One of Azechi's best-known prints, illustrated a.o. in Oliver Statler's Modern Japanese Prints (plate 81).

Condition Fine impression and colours (very strong saturation and bleedthrough), good/very good condition: there are a few light handling creases, some (light) tape residue verso, and a slightly lighter patch in the margin top left, none of which detract from the beauty of this remarkable print.
