Description Hakubutsu-fu (博物譜 ) - Natural History Notes Book size: 14.5 x 11 cm. 26 double pages, bound in the spine, hard cover, in its original cardboard box. Five artists of the Ichimokukai group each contributed five woodblock prints: Onchi Kô shirô the animals, Yamaguchi Gen the shells, Sekino Jun�ichirô the insects, Sugihara Masami the plants and Kato Tarô the trees. Detail 1 gives an overview of 10 of the 25 prints plus endpapers. Number 61 from an edition of 250. Dated �2605� (= 1945), but actually published in 1950. First and only edition.

Condition Very good overall condition: the book is tight and clean and in fine shape. There is minor damage to the cardboard lid of the box.
