Born in Machida, Tokyo, in 1972, Shiozaki Ken (塩崎顕) graduated at Tama Art University (the Nihonga department) in 1995. He is mainly known as a painter, not as a woodblock print artist. From 2007 he has had many exhibitions (both solo and group exhibitions). His main subject are myths, mythical figures and animals.
