Kami (髪) - Hair Paper size: 25.3 x 31.4 cm. Number 97 from an edition of 200, self-printed on black paper at a later date than the first edition, which was printed in 1928. Edition number in pencil, in the artist's hand.
Condition
Fine impression, colour and condition: the gold pigment exceptionally well preserved. This is not a woodblock print but a "hybrid relief print", which comes closest to a stencil print. See my "Archive of sold items" for a first edition copy of this print.
