Description Ginga matsuri (銀河祭り) - Milky way festival Paper size: 71.7 x 37.8 cm, published by Momose Publishers in 1976, so four years after Shinsui's death. Like other Shinsui prints published by Momose this large print is based on a design unpublished during his lifetime. Print details bottom verso. Ginga matsuri is the same as Tanabata matsuri, the festival celebrated on July 7th.

Condition Exceptionally fine impression and colours (subtle use of gold - see the sewing needle), very good condition: light creasing in the top margin.
