Description Hozu Rapids (Kyoto) Paper size: 32.7 x 24.9 cm. From the (unfinished) series One Hundred Views of New Japan - Shin Nihon Hyakkei, self-published by the members of the Nihon Hanga Kyô kai between 1938 and 1941. It is thought that about 50 copies of each of the 39 designs were printed by the collaborating artists. This design was published in August 1939.
