Description
The Devil's Bridge at St Gothard Pass Paper size: 56 x 42.6 cm. Probably printed by Urushibara in the 1930s he based this print on a design by Frank Brangwyn (1867-1956), with whom Urushibara closely collaborated, made ca. 1915. Signed in pencil in the bottom margin by both artists - the signatures have become quite vague, but are still distinguishable. This print shows the new road above the old road, the original Devil's Bridge.
Condition
Very good impression, good condition: some soiling of the margins.
