Description Nara no aki (奈良の秋) - Autumn in Nara Paper size: 80 x 42.5 cm. Printed in 1990 in an edition of 250. Based on a painting made in 1968. One of a series of 4 (大和四題 - Yamato shi dai), showing different views of Nara.

Condition Fine impression, colours and condition: the bottom half printed entirely in dull gold, with a gold border. The Suzuki grasses printed in gofun, thus perfectly translating the soft washes of the original painting into the woodblock medium.
