Number 2 from an edition of 50, published by Nakajima Jûtarô in October 1929, as part of the series One Hundred Views of New Tokyo - Shin Tokyo hyakkei. Mounted (Japanese fashion) on a piece of Japanese paper. Title and the number 2 in the right margin. Signature bottom right. Shin Tokyo hyakkei is undoubtedly the best pre-war series of Sôsaku Hanga, with contributions by the ten leading artists of the period.

Fine impression, colours and condition: I think it is the paper mounting that has kept this copy in pristine condition.
