Natori Kazue was born in 1924, in Harbin, Manchuria. She studied with Ebihara Kinosuke, Shimozawa Kihachirô and Ono Tadashige. The influence of the latter upon her technique is clearly visible. She exhibited in Japan, but also in Eastern Europe, in Krakow and East Germany. Member of Banga-in, Nihon Bijutsukai and Dai Chôwakai. Her work is in the collection of the British Museum (a.o.).
