Mori Getsujô 森 月城 was a very popular painter in his time. His teacher was Takeuchi Seihô (1864-1942), and he closely followed his teacher's style. He was nicknamed "Seihô of Suma". In the period before WWII he often exhibited at both Bunten and Teiten.
