Oda Kanchô (1889-1961)
Oda Kanchô 織田観潮 was born in Tokyô where he studied painting. He is known for portraits and bird-and-flower subjects. After the Great Kantô earthquake of September 1st 1923 he designed a print series showing the resulting damage.
