Hirayama Rôkô (1915-?)
Not much is know about Hirayama Rôkô. Helen Merritt states: "Japanese-style painter and printmaker specializing in portraits of women". So far I have seen only one print: "A maiko powdering her face", which is assumed to have been printed in 1950s.
