Technique:	colours on thin paper
Condition:	Fine condition: the watercolour has been done on soft, thin transparent paper, and the backside of this watercolour is almost identical to the front (though in mirror-image). Carp streamers (or Koinobori - 鯉幟) are flown all over Japan on Boys' Day (May 5th) and in the preceding month.
