Technique:sumi on paper
Condition:Grey paper mounting, beige&gold ichimonji, black lacquered wooden rollers, wooden box. Very good overall condition: some minor damage to the paper mounting.

Literature:The inscription is by Kensho Sohan (1848-1922), otherwise known as Shoun. The translation is: "Wearing round straw hats, the monks come to transform the village". The seals read "Kensho"and "Sohan".
