Taki, Shûsui (瀧 秀水) (1938 - )

From his series Irezumi ai junisoroi (刺青藍十二揃之内) - Twelve tattoos, printed between 1987 and 2000: Benzaiten (弁財天)
Paper size: 28 x 80.3 cm. Two joined ōban-sized sheets depicting a young woman wearing a transparent garment. The fan she holds shows a partially nude woman washing her hair, a Benzaiten tattoo on her back. Artist’s proof (H.C.), self-printed in1991.

Fine impression, colours and condition: small silver and gold squares in the background. Some tape-remnants verso (Shusui Taki used to sell all his special prints mounted in wooden frames).
