Fukagawa Jinai Shōkyakujo (深川塵埃焼却場) - Fukagawa Garbage Incinerator
Paper size: 26.5 x 20.5 cm. Number 3 from an edition of 50, published by Nakajima Jūtarō in November 1930, as part of the series One Hundred Views of New Tokyo – Shin Tokyo hyakkei. With the original folder (detail 1) showing the title slip of the series plus a red stamp giving Suwa Kanenori’s name right and the title of the print (left). Shin Tokyo hyakkei is undoubtedly the best pre-war series of Sōsaku Hanga, with contributions by the ten leading artists of the period.

Fine impression, colours and condition; the folder shows some foxing and browning, but the print itself is completely unaffected. RARE
