Koizumi, Kishio (1893 - 1945)

Nihonbashi (日本橋)
Paper size: 39.2 x 26 cm. Self-printed in February 1920. Title top right (carved in the keyblock), and three further pencil signatures (bottom left, bottom right and on the side of the boat inside the image). One of the very first woodblock prints ever made by Koizumi Kishio, and predating his famous “One Hundred Views” series by more than six years. Extremely rare in this condition.
