Kawara yane (瓦屋根) – Tiled roof
Size: 25 x 30 cm. (front), 30 x 35 cm (back), 3.6 cm thick. This is a kappazuri-e (stencil print), made on a three-layered solid piece of wood (weighing 1700 grammes). An amazing piece of work. Comes with the original folder showing other examples, and a certificate signed by the artist.
