Takeda, Hideo (1948 - )

Death of Taira Kiyomori, from the Genpei series, published in the 80s and 90s. Paper size: 62.7 x 47.8 cm. Number 167 from an edition of 185, numbered and signed in pencil. Although the image is striking enough (Kiyomori being dragged to hell), the backround, full of "hellish" scenes certainly gives the graphic scene even more depth.
