Very good impression and colours, good condition: this is the largest kuchi-e known - kuchi-e are frontispieces, see Helen Merritt, Woodblock Kuchi-e Prints, reflections of Meiji culture, published by University of Hawai'i Press 2000. All kuchi-e have folds, this one has two (vertical and horizontal).
