Small ehon-bound album with 14 woodblock prints pasted in.
Album size 14 x 20 cm, the prints vary in size from 8 x 9.5 cm. to 9.5 x 12.5 cm. Interestingly enough small slips of woodblock-printed texts have been pasted on opposite pages. I have not been able to translate them, but they seem to be comments, proverbs or sayings.
The covers have a second layer of very thin sheets of woodblock-printee irises. The album can safely be dated to the 1920s or 30s, if not earlier.
