Paper size: 43.5 x 52 cm. Self-printed in 1962 (artist's proof). Print details in pencil in the bottom margin.
One of the first of Hiratsuka Un'ichi's American prints: he moved to Washington D.C. in 1962.

Fine impression and condition

The house Hiratsuka depicted was the house of Helen and Felix Juda, whose collection of Sôsaku Hanga was one of the best ever assembled. The actual address was 644 South June Street, Los Angeles, California 90005. See detail1 for a photograph of the house.
