Orlik, Emil (1870 - 1932)

Woman gathering wood in the forest (Holzsammlerin im Walde)
Paper size: 12.4 x 14.7 cm. Published in 1903 in the first issue of Kunst und Kunstler (Art and Artist) , the monthly art periodical published by Bruno Cassirer, Berlin, in each issue of which an original print was included.

Euro SOLD

Fine impression, colours and condition. Printed on very thin paper and still attached to the original magazine page. One of the earliest woodblock prints made by Orlik after his return from Japan in 1902.
