A limited edition book (189/300), published in 1942. Woodblock-printed dustjacket, and woodblock-printed cover, utilizing the block of one of his best-known woodblock prints. Inside 12 wood engravings and descriptions (in Japanese) on the opposite pages. Book size: 14.2 x 20 cm.

Euro SOLD

Fine impressions, very good condition: sign of moisture on the cover, the inside tight and clean. The pictures were taken without forcing the book flat, so the pictures have been trimmed somewhat.

Another copy of this fine book is in the British Museum (ex Robert Vergez collection).
